  • Initial Assessment: You share access to your QuickBooks Online (or tell us you don't have it set up). We review every account, assess the total transaction volume and backlog period, identify what's missing or miscategorized, and give you a fixed-price quote with a firm delivery timeline — usually within 24 hours of the call.
  • Data Collection: We connect directly to your Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, bank accounts, and payment processors. For older transactions, we'll request statements in whatever format you have — CSV exports, PDF statements, or direct platform access. We handle the data gathering so you don't have to dig through years of files.
  • Data Entry & Cleanup: Every missing transaction is entered into QuickBooks Online. Miscategorized entries are corrected. Duplicate transactions are removed. Chart of accounts is restructured for e-commerce if needed. This is where the bulk of the work happens — and we keep you updated throughout.
