Yes. All plans are month-to-month and you can upgrade at any time with 30 days notice. Many clients start on Essential to get their books clean and QuickBooks properly configured, then move to Growth once their transaction volume or sales tax obligations increase. We handle the transition seamlessly — no re-onboarding, no extra setup fees.
Your QuickBooks Online account is yours — not ours. You retain full ownership and access at all times. If you cancel, we'll deliver a final month-end report and a handoff summary documenting your QBO setup, A2X configuration, and any outstanding items. We won't hold your data or make cancellation difficult.
The Essential plan includes a single sales channel — either Amazon or Shopify. The Growth and Enterprise plans include multi-channel integration for both Amazon and Shopify (plus PayPal and Stripe where applicable).
