    Working With a Remote Bookkeeping Team — Here’s Exactly What to Expect

    Step 1 — Free 30-Minute Assessment We review your current books, assess your QuickBooks setup, and understand your sales channels and transaction volume. We give you a clear recommendation and fixed-price quote on the call.

    Step 2 — Onboarding (3–5 Business Days) You grant us accountant-level access to QuickBooks Online, Amazon Seller Central, and Shopify. We complete your QBO setup or audit, connect A2X, and run your first reconciliation.

    Step 3 — Monthly Delivery By the 5th working day of every month, you receive your P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow summary, and any sales tax reports. We communicate by email and scheduled video calls during EST/PST business hours.

    Step 4 — Ongoing Support Questions between month-ends? Email us — we respond within 24 hours, including Saturdays. Need to add a service or adjust your plan? One email. No bureaucracy.
